Recorded in the winter of 2009 at USUK studios Rob Bell, Joel Hillhouse, Mitch Potter and James Krah seamlessly blend blues, rock ‘n’ roll, garage, American roots and country for their best recordings to date.
Here To Suffer is a darker take on life and ominous characters through the oak barreled, 4-year aged band. It reveres and revels in the music of the past, though harshly disciplining and whipping it into the present day. Here To Suffer is a soundtrack to bread line economies, dust bowl politics, charlatans, faith healers, and the underbelly of American life. It will make you think as well as dance into armageddon’s arms. The Devil’s in the details, and this recording is rife with demons…enjoy!

An amazing second effort from this band. This band proves once again it transcends the marketing typecasting that's commonly thrust upon them. They are much larger than "lo-fi rockabilly." Take a listen to Ashes, Goin' Down, Hobo Prophet and the barely-reigned-in cover of Preachin' The Blues to see what I mean. They could hold their own against almost anyone in the so-called "underground" genre. These guys mean business, and from the sound of things, I'll bet they've paid their dues. You don't learn to write, compose, arrange and play like this on XBox. Let's hope they get some well-earned relief and recognition from the oversaturation of the present market. A band with this kind of passion, talent and ability, across such a wide range of moods and styles, should be enjoying much higher visibility. Thanks to cdbaby for providing access to this band. Help keep this band visible and viable.
