Album Notes

A Variety of styles ranging fro slow and meditative to percussive and driving, the tracks have been carefully composed to flow from one to the next; slowly gaining intensity and carefully cooling back down for a balanced practice.

Note from the composer:

I started the Yogihead music project when a search for music to use for my own practice left me disappointed.
There needed to be a younger, more modern approach; one that fit the spirit and energy of its audience.
I set out to create an album that can be played from start to finish, constituting a full and intense experience
full of musical surprises and modern electronic elements. Listen to it while you work out or sit in meditation, but It
is also my hope that this music will find a place in your collection for every day listening. Put it on while you walk
to work or give it to a friend to spin in a DJ mix!

This album is truly a grass-roots effort to get some more interesting and inspiring music into the hands of the
world-wide Yoga community. In the spirit of community, I would love to hear from you. Please feel free to email
