FIRST OFF, THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IM MY MUSIC! BE SURE TO DROP ME YOUR HONEST REVIEWS! THANKS AGAIN

~MARLON H. SMITH

born 12/9/84 in seattle, washington; also resided in centerville, mississippi; colorado springs, colorado... rapping for 12 years, producing for 5 years... i feel i bring to the rap game what has been missing for many years; the love of making music. most bubble-gum commercial pop-corn ass rappers now of days are in it just to make a quick buck, and NOT for the love of music. you can hear it in their music, rappin about the same non-sense as everyone else (cars, bling bling, killing/shooting people)...i can't even say that i am a fan of rap anymore, because so many artist are selling out, and portraying an image of someone they are NOT, and rapping about non-sense they have never seen or done. making threats, and speaking on things that they are not capable of! ...WHEN WILL IT ALL END???

The Rap Game Needs Him?
The Album is overall pretty good. The Title Track is a MUST LISTEN TO, I mean the whole track, not just the 2 minute clip provided on this page. In that track he explains why the rap game needs him...Highlights of the CD enclude: Nothing to me, You know what, Violation, Roll with me, and Nothing to me remix! pretty nice! I'm happy I bought it!

I was really feeling this...
The album was good. It came from the heart, and wasn't about any fake, wannabe bullshit. It was catchy but could use an upbeat tempo every other song or so. I liked it a lot :)

Northwest Hip-Hop at its best
This is a must have cd for anyone who is truley a hip-hop fan. Not only is it well produced, laced with lyrics, and Northwest to the fullest, but Mac-Mar managed to put together a truley great album without the use of stories about guns and drugs that have become a common theme in todays mainstream hip-hop world. After listening to songs like Violation, Me and My brother, and Roll with me its easy to see that the title speaks for itself. The rap game needs Mac-Mar. Real Talk.
