Kevin Kennard Jr. a.k.a (Young Red), a product of North Little Rock, Ar. Found His singing roots in church. At age 12 Young Red began singing in his church choir. At age 16 Young Red entered and won 1st place in a local talent show. Finding his influences from performer such as: Al Green, The O' Jays, Mrs. Louise Robinson, and many others. Young Red developed his own unique style of a soultry urban R&B.

As an artist Young Red has featured on album's such as the A' State Hustlers "Think It's A Game" which sold a number of units nationally and internationally. Young Red also featured on albums such 8506 "Mouthpiece" which sold a number of units throughout the United States, and on Dirty Blac's Album "Deep Thoughts" (Chopper Boy Recording Artist).

In 2003 Young red signed with Diamond Cut Platinum Ent. In the midst of preparing to release his self entitled debut "Young Red". Young Red has become Arkansas' leading R&B performer. Opening for national acts such as Mike Jones, Lenny Williams and Carl Thomas. Young Red has proven his soultry style of contemporary urban R&B can rock the crowds of any genre of music.

The world of R&B is about to make a change and D.C.P.E. believes without a doubt that Young Red will be a trendsetter.
