He is affected by many musicians such as Beatles, Syd Barrett, Bob Dylan, Tamio Okuda(奥田民生), Keiichi Suzuki(鈴木慶一) until now.
He is affected by Monty-Python and Japanese traditional comic storytellers such as Bunraku Katsura(桂文楽), Shinsyo Kokontei（古今亭志ん生)and Danshi Tatekawa(立川談志) besides the field of music.

Furthermore, he is strongly interested in literature. By the way, the novelists whom he loves and respects are Samuel Beckett, Bret Easton Ellis　and Donald Barthelme.

Because of these, the 'ironical', 'cynical', 'ambivalent' or 'comical' elements are mixed in his songs. On one occasion, sound betrays lyrics or lyrics betray a sound, and on another occasion, sound and lyrics bring synergy, and build his original music world.
