ZAKERIA Cloud 9 is a collection of some of the greastest musicians and vocalist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. This cd was produced by MR Kevin Harrington, assisted by his wife Sheri, along with MR Jeff Roberson of (LIFE), Mr John Willis, and a host of others. It was truly touched by the hands of GOD. The musicians and vocalist that poured their soul into these songs to give them life will always be in my heart forever. It has been a long and rough road back to my Lord and Savior, even as I lied to him and lived in a world of sin he was always by my side. Even as he called me time and time again I did not listen. It wasn't until I hit the bottom that I heard his voice calling me, as he said I am here (run to me) and I will catch you! It still took me ten years but GOD is a patient God and he gave his only son to die for you and me, so how can I let him down after all he has done for me!! Music is a gift and what better way could I give back to GOD considering all that he has given to me than to praise his holy name through song. This CD titled REVOLUTION is filled with hard hitting contemporary urban beats, soulful and rocking guitar riffs, layered with smooth harmonious keyboard work enriched with pleasing lead and background vocals that will ease you into a spiritual place where you can speak with the master in your own way. Whether it is the urban street sound of (REVOLUTION) or the smooth mellow layed back song (Run To him), or the traditional in your face old school take you to church style of (CLAP YOU HANDS) which is guaranteed to make you get up and sing where ever you are, the songs on the CD will touch your soul in a special way. There is something for every aged listener from every denomination and spiritual background. If it does what it is supposed to do you will feel his presense in this music.
