Born and raised in Beirut Lebanon, Zan acquired first hand experience with the native arabic music of her country. After Zan grasped as much musically there as she could, she found her self wanting to grow in other musical styles. She then decided to travel to fill her pot with different styles of music.
First stop, the U.S. of A. Upon finding numerous odd jobs in the States, Gold smithing was the one to give her the financing and flexibility to pursue her music career.
A stroke of luck paired her with Producer/Engineer Eric L. "RUNCHY" Winbush, which they then combined her arabic style with his mixed style. Shortly after, they were off and running with guess appearances by old school artists such as Mary Davis and Raoof Abdul from The SOS BAND, James B. Brown from Brick, Michael Cooper from Confunkshun, Reginald "WIZARD" Jones, Wirlie "Chickin Man" Morris to name a few.
Now you can feel her "HipaPopFunkRock/New Age" Styled music on this new CD entitled, "1 OF THE STARZ".
