Zara started singing professionally over fifteen years ago in the United Kingdom as a backing vocalist on albums, videos, and promotional television shows world-wide for Bob Geldof, Matt Bianco, Nick Kamen, Perfect Day and Dire Strait's John Illselly. She moved away from backing singing to work primarily on her own material, regularly performing with her own band at London venues. Relocating to Los Angeles, she's continued to write and perform her own new material as a successful solo artist while also collaborating with other songwriters.
