Zaro - musician and composer- was born in Curitiba (Southern Brazil).
He began to get evolved with music at the tender age of seven years.
Zaro always considered himself a self-taught composer; however there were two people who contributed on his studies that is worthwhile to be mentioned:
He studied Classic guitar in Curitiba at the Villa Lobos Conservatory with the great guitarist master Waldomiro Prodócimo and Music Arrangement with the great Hungarian Yan Guest.
Zaro has been performing mainly in European countries such as England, Spain and France, and also in Brazil.
He recorded in England in addition to his second CD Tears and Joys another album with the international singer Natacha Atlas and also has played with great musicians from many countries like: Aly Minyawi, Chris Cornish, Dale Hambridge, Ivan Moreno, Aaron, Nick Malcolm, Jon Short, Mark Whitlam, Andrew Fuller, Andy Twin, Luis Marinho, Robbie Thomas, Tosh, among other.
With a poetic heart, Zaro have a deep relation and interest in the world culture and music.
He is very interesting in the art of making guitars (Luthier), in languages, wines, history and archeology.
His parents came from the Mediterranean land of the Phoenicians (modern Lebanon), in which instinctively did develop within him a deep connection and passion for the music and culture of the Mediterranean.
Like an Odyssey, he has traveled and lived in many countries, from Brazil through many European countries, Asia and Africa, developing within himself the spirit of universal music, providing him with vast musical influences such as Classic, Brazilian, Lebanese, Jazz, Flamenco, Greek, Turkish and Latin.
