“ I am so happy to report that I've made tremendous progress. On Thursday and Friday, I came home and literally could not get off the bed to get to the kitchen and get a snack. I didn't feel hungry, I didn't even want to snack, and the strangest thing... I just couldn't even get off the bed and go to the kitchen without smiling to myself and laughing at how ingrained in my head it was. I literally did not WANT to. I have not felt so in control of my eating patterns in so so long, especially at that time of day ...
