Zerl Wooley is a legend in the country music world. having done shows with Fox, summer concert series, sounds of new Orleans. In 2004 Zerl Performed in a concert at the Louis Armstrong Memorial Park in New Orleans, Louisiana. Zerl were the featuring act. Zerl Wooley been performing since the 70’s under the name of Billy "Zerl" Rozerl and the Road Kings and is a Proud member of BMI. After Hurricane Katrina and then the death of his Daughter Zerl decided to take time off from his music career to take of all the arrangements.
