Album Notes

The first CD in the Folded Time series is a sureal journey.

Closest comparison may be Nurse With Wound but even that's not quite right.

Sounds like you're travelling through Bosch's Garden Of Earthly Delights.

The techniques used to create this album are as unusual as the results. Using junk, electronics, harmonicas, and layered vocals while recycling each moment into the next.

You could have this recording spinning in your player for a long time before not hearing something in the recording you didn't notice the last time you played it.

"Zero Times Infinity's live shows are notorious for destruction, audience interaction boardering on full scale riots, powertool sparks, tons of scrap metal being shredded, and on the fly improv industrial music (that's Einstruzende Neubautin / Throbbing Gristle influenced industrial, not some bad rock band making a lame attempt to sound like Marylin Manson or yet another boring laptop musician). Despite the frequent destruction, the sound collage work is still the key focus of ZTI, and the live shows involve new sound experiemnts every step of the way."

Zero Times Infinity uses foundsound, scrap metal, electronics, tape loops, and anything they can get their hands on to find new forms of music and performance art.

They have played shows with Mentallo & The Fixer, SMP, Emergency Broadcast Netwerk, MSBR, Zipperspy, OJAMOJ, KK Null, The Evolution Control Committee, AEC, The Saturnalia Trio, Bionaut, and many more while never giving the same show twice.

REVIEWS

Hearing Zero Times Infinity Is Like Sex With A Walrus
author: Emcee Glitch
In the cold, bleak universe left smoldering after the rise and fall of the millennialist American Goatcore scene, Zero Times Infinity breaks the uncomfortable silence with their latest release, _Ambiagramaphone_. The first of the "Folded Time" series, _Ambiagramaphone_ warps and twists through a delightfully absurdist collage of rhythmic sound, invoking the fiery spirits of the musique concrete and industrial art movements, then binding them through chaos magick in a boulliabaise which is quintessentially and uniquely fused with New England noise/RRR stylings. Absolutely recommended, along with the rest of the Voidstar catalogue.
