Zilla Rocca is the co-founder of Beat Garden Entertainment, co-spitter/producer of Clean Guns, champion of Yadibox.com, evil genius podcaster of Zilla Rocca Radio, and blogger/freelance writer of ClapCowards.com.
Zilla Rocca's debut project, the mixtape "Bring Me the Head of Zilla Rocca," was crafted in the vein of Redman’s "Whut: Thee Album," The Beastie Boy’s "Paul Boutique," and Ghostface’s "The Pretty Toney Album."
With Zilla handling production on 10 of 22 tracks, and outside beats from Alex Wood, Evolve One, Nex Millen, and Griff of J-Direct, the project is a loose, funky hodgepodge of battle raps, musings on strip clubs, falling for older women, and reflections on the city of Philadelphia.
Joining ZR on the mic is Nico the Beast, Triple Nickels, ASK?, 2ew Gunn Ciz, Reef the Lost Cauze, MAGr, Mally from the 612, SUP, and Slim DSM. Nex Millen (Respect the Culture/Nuthouse) handles cuts on five joints as well as production on one song.
