Born In New Forest Jamaica in the parish of Manchester as Ansell Rowhan Palmer, the only child for Ermine and Archibald Palmer. I am married to Patricia (Empress Ition ) Palmer. We have two sons I Brook Ajamu Chike Palmer & I Omari Akil Jahsel Chinelo Palmer.

I am Rastafari, an award winning poet, teacher, community developer, cultural warrior and environmental scientist. I started writing when I began to see the Light of Blackness the Light of Rastafari.

As a youth of about 12 years old I was a deacon and founding board member of the New Forest Seventh Day Adventist Church, in which I held several positions.

I attended the New Forest Basic & All age School then the Manchester High School from where I when to Church Teachers College & achieved a diploma in Education.

At Church Teachers College I met Mavrick (Duxy D) Higgins, an extraordinary DJ that became a close friend and a source of inspiration and motivation that propelled me into the world of music.

After College RaspadaItion along with Duxy D, Alton Cain explored going into the music industry. Bongo Clappa, Stappa ranks, Fidle D, Empress Ition, Turrle, along with leo joint with RaspadaItion and friend to form what was know as the Zion I Crew.

I taught for thriteen years at three schools Top Hill All Age in Manchester, Green Park All Age in Clarendon and Lowe River primary & Junior High in Trelawny.

While teaching in clarendon I worked as a secretary & Pulic Relation Officer for the International Cutting Edge Cutural Inity. This brought me in contact with Ras Ivi Tafari, Bobo Greg, Ras Manga, Mutabaruka, Miguel Lourne, Dr. Miguel Brooks, Bongo Watto/Boonerges, Martima Planno, Dr. barry Chevance, Dr. Percival Crooks and many other African Freedom Fighters who help to influence me as I trod.

In 2003 I recieved a bachelors Degree from Council of Community Colleges of Jamaica CCCJ. This was based on an Environmental Science course I persued at Knox Community College Between the years 2000 and 2003.

I am now employed to the Social Development Commission SDC as a Community Development Officer.

Now this cultural warrior is pursuing his carrer in Music, getting ready to public a book called Behold Rastafari, and setting to launch Zion I Vibez world wide.
