I'd never heard them or even of them before i put on my car radio midday a few weeks ago and there they were, live in the studio at 88.5 FM.  They were funny, articulate and very very good.  They played 3 or 4 songs and each was better than the last, until i finally decided i had to have a permanent recording of their stuff...it's THAT good! Ok, so the band name seems a little weird, but what do you think people thought of Creedence Clearwater Revival the first time they heard that name?? And they did pretty well from what i recall... My point here is (what the hell was i talking about?? - - oh yeah Johnny Zoom and The Cheerleader Squad) you can't judge a book by it's cover.  I realize that's cliche, but sometimes cliche's are called for.  Anyway, i think these guys are the genuine article, and i hope they stay together long enough so that us listeners get a chance to hear alot more from them!
