Sound Paintings is a solo album by the artist known as Zulli. The CD is meant to be listened to all the way through with no breaks as many of the pieces are linked together. It is a throwback to a time when people actually listened intently to music. One listener compared Sound Paintings to the first time he heard Sergeant Pepper by the Beatles - that's a heady comparison! Sound Paintings will take you on a musical journey! The music was created, composed and orchestrated by Zulli and all instruments were played in real time on the keyboard. All lead voices and many of the background voices were overdubbed and stacked by the artist. There are choirs that were digitally created. Zulli used Digital Performer, Reason, MOTU Orchestra, Garriton Orchestra, Roland QSR, Ivory Piano, WAVES, DigiDesign, Gem Piano's and his voice to create Sound Paintings! Hope you enjoy it....
