Back with their second album EVERYWHERE, ZUU delivers a powerful raucous blend of guitar and vocal driven songs with a pop slant layered atop their signature psychedelic sound. With EVERYWHERE ZUU once again challenge the notion of mainstream popular music while creating a sound which boldly invites mass commercial appeal.
Each song singularly achieves what the album does best as a whole: grips and glides you through a proverbial sonic landscape where you find yourself floating over lush sound-breaking earth.
On EVERYWHERE, ZUU maintain their contemplative lyrical edge around an overall brighter wall of sound. With familiar dreamy, haunting vocals surfacing up front and personal, surrounded by a cacophony of masterfully played and placed guitars, ZUU takes you on a hypnotic journey through space with both feet planted on sonically vibrant, fertile ground.

"A catchy blend of American and British Alternative Rock..with refreshingly original, memorable hooks and winning melodies. ZUU successfully capture the best aspects of alternative rock from both sides of the Atlantic, and have justifiably titled their album noting its potential for acclaim" - Jordan Blum

"ZUU is Everything ---
Every now and then a band comes out from seemingly nowhere to make a record that floors all who hear it. Creating a sound that is a hybrid of damn near everything I hold near and dear, Los Angeles' ZUU have delivered the goods on their sophomore release 'Everywhere'". - Dan Goldin
July 2009 - www.explodinginsound.com
Los Angeles trio Zuu have managed to create the full package, style combined with substance. On their recently released sophomore album, the band has delivered a strong statement, and has proven to be worthy contenders among the new school of shoegaze bands, with a well-built talent for indie/pop melodies to set them apart. Roaring feedback driven guitars combine with catchy songwriting and space rock finesse easily devoured by fans of The Stone Roses, Autolux, and Failure.
