the 'Solo Records' cd has been around in one form or another since the mid 90's, w/ the release of the "Solo cassette". I've pressed over 250 copies.
I recorded the entire album from scratch in 2005. I used a Roland synthesizer that once belonged to INXS for the keyboard parts. I did all the guitar/bass parts myself, along w/ the drum programs. Libby helped w/ lead vocals on a few of the tunes. I completed this project in early 2006 w/ the inclusion of Mind Voyer.
These are some of the strongest, most intricate tunes I've ever written. The vocals have a punk vibe that comes from the heart.
The 90's were strange dayz for me. None of my previous musical experiences allowed me to showcase my writing & vocal skills. I realized I had to form my own group, but couldn't find qualified sidemen. I formed a duo w/ Libby, and produced over 100 original songs.
