Take life to the next level...
WHAT'S THIS 65 MINUTE PROGRAM ABOUT? HOW WILL I BENEFIT?
Every decision is a crossroad of sorts and we each struggle to one degree or another with certain decisions at home or at work. Sometimes they truly are big decisions while other times we make mountains out of molehills. Either way, you can reduce the confusion,
the worry, and the fear as you step on to the road. Come reflect on the process and finish with some insights that, should you decide to use them, will bring structure and focus to your decision-making.
Not only will you reflect on how you've gone about making (or avoiding!) decisions up until now, you'll also learn 3 Keys (with important points and examples for each) and specific tools for each key so you can, if you so choose, build your decision making muscle.
Can't decide whether to invest in this CD? Then you definitely need to!
"The presentation was a pleasure. It was well developed, well presented, and addressed a complicated subject in a concise yet nonjudgmental way. I really enjoyed it." - K. Wirrig Karen Cole Designs
BRIEF BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Stephanie deLusé holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and has lectured on well-being, psychology, business, and communication related topics in both public and academic settings. Her training and experience in both the Western scientific and the Eastern holistic traditions allow her to bring a mix of both heart and head to bear in facilitating increased awareness, skill-building, & authentic action with both speaking audiences and individual coaching clients. In the classroom, as a faculty member in Interdisciplinary Studies (BIS) at Arizona State University, two of her favorite classes to teach are "Money, Medicine, & Morals" and "Money & Meaning" where she and her students grapple with the intersection of these areas and how they impact both daily and major life decisions. Not your "everyday" psychologist or speaker, Dr. Stephanie translates potentially complex topics into user-friendly information you can put right to use in your life.
But wait!, There's more...
WHO IS DR. STEPHANIE?
Dr. Stephanie deLusé is a psychologist, academic, and expert in the human condition and communication. She works with people on life events that we all deal with--whether they be solving certain life problems, maximizing opportunities, or coping with change.
WHAT DOES SHE DO?
She does public speaking to inspire and educate, as well as does life coaching (often phone based) with people who would benefit from an objective, intelligent person "in their corner" to support them in--and hold them accountable for!--living a good life. She works with people around issues of choice, finding balance, achieving goals, skill building, accepting things, or creating a new reality in relation to health, spirituality, career, or relationships at home, at work, or with one's self. She also consults with businesses that want to evaluate or support workers around these issues via speaking, workshops, coaching, or facilitation. Her skill at thinking from multiple levels and perspectives supports her clients in doing the same and, in the end, integrating many of those points of view for a better result.
WHAT'S HER STYLE?
Her style includes constructive, creative input and thought-provoking questions, comments, and challenges. These, combined with excellent listening and empathic skills, provide a supportive environment for the personal evolution of her coaching clients. You'll note some of these characteristics in her speaking style as you listen to this program. She will leave brief spaces of time for you to reflect or take note of your decision-making habits as we get started. Do "actively listen" to get full benefit!
TELL ME MORE....
This 65 minute audio program refers to a model that you can see represented behind the CD itself. (Just pop the CD out and you'll see it!) A handout is also available for you to download (details come with the CD). It provides a convenient place to take notes, if you so desire, and offers you some questions to ask yourself.
It's your decision. :-)
Decide well, then act. I hope you will decide to join me in laying or strengthening the foundation for your stronger, more confident decision making -- with "Crossroads: 3 Keys to Making Better Decisions More Easily."
Enjoy!

Fabulous! Excellent! Inspiring! Truly helpful! Dr. Stephanie ROCKS!
author: Patricia L. President, Bonzoni Enterprises Inc.Your Head will agree with your Heart that you need to get your Hands on this CD! Dr. Stephanie clearly is a realist who speaks to all of our hopes and dreams, by reminding us that decision making is not the "end-all" of the process, and that we need to be kind to ourselves during and after our decisions are made. She reminds us that no matter how well we think something through, the outcome might not demonstrate the quality of intention behind the decision-but that it's OK!-Murphy's Law and all considered, we need to be satisfied with ourselves, with the quality of our intent and decision...It's easy to be hard on yourself- if someone like Dr. Stephanie isn't around to stir up that grey matter every now and then! I've listened to this over and over and still glean insights! Simply put,-A MUST HAVE! Thanks Dr. Stephanie!
