Singer/Songwriter Roger Drawdy has put together a brilliant ensemble of players with his band, The Firestarters. The Firestarters play Irish music with an eye towards American rock. Formed in 2000, Roger Drawdy and The Firestarters have performed in numerous venues across the Midwest. Their driving blend of traditional, modern and original Irish music will get you moving to their rich and rhythmic original style. As a group, they are rock solid with passionate, energetic performances that leave audiences howling for more.

Fantastic!!

When I saw this was available, I purchased it and it's as great as the first one. Keep up the great vocals!! See you at Molly Malone's in Cincinnati!!

You Don't Have to Be Irish
author: FischmanThis is a great live band and this disc does about as good a job as a CD can of bringing the energy of their live performance into your home. Mostly original tunes and a few standards, performed in a Celtic fashion influenced by American rock. This is a great mix, and Roger Drawdy is a superb singer/songwriter. The rest of the band is aso admirable. Get this disc and keep an eye out to see if this group ever plays in your area.
Celtic Rocks and so do They!
