Fox Run is the much-anticipated sideproject from Jonathan Steingard (guitarist, Hawk Nelson). With catchy melodies, driving guitars, and featuring nearly every instrument under the sun, Fox Run follows in the footsteps of artists such as Ben Folds, Phil Collins, Mae, Stairwell, and The Stereophonics.
Over the last 2 years playing guitar for Hawk Nelson, Jonathan has been quietly writing and recording material for this side-project... continuing the endeavour he was already working on before he joined the band. It's taken 2 years, but it's finally done!
The self-titled Fox Run record has 11 songs that range from pop-rock to alternative to folk-rock. Jonathan makes use of more than just the usual guitars and drums that populate the poprock genre... strings, organs, piano and even an accordian, all make appearances on this record.
This record is great listening for anyone who enjoys songs that are just... enjoyable. There's plenty to sing along to... Whether you're a Hawk Nelson fan, or just a fan of music in general... the Fox Run record is worth checking out!

I've really connected with Failure Is Not the End in particular (though they're all astounding), and suffice it to say that this album has not left my stereo since I got it 2 weeks ago! This is most assuredly a CD that needs to be in all the major retailers- it's better than the majority of the stuff out there!
