A Romantic experience in blending modern music of the West with original Persian lyrics and style not heard before.
The Vocalist (Hamid) grew up in Tehran, Iran, received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University and is a successful high tech entrepreneur in Silicon Valley, California. His love of music drove him to also train as an opera singer.
He decided to pursue his passion for music and singing, while continuing to be an active entrepreneur in wireless technology, hoping to inspire others, especially the young generation of Iranians, to pursue their artistic passions in spite of traditional taboos. Meeting Saeed Shahram made this possible.
Hamid's credits include, among others, La Traviata at Opera San Jose and Barber of Seville at West Bay Opera.
