PERFECT
author: DanI heard one song on surfline.com playing to a surf video and I bought it. The cd was in general a pleasure to listen to. A little more screaming than I would have liked, ha. Song #4 is the best in my opinion

author: the specialistSolid musicianship throughtout. On par with modern rock radio. Definately a must buy for hard rock/emo enthusiasts. kudos
great music, very powerful
author: arthur cowanWhen listening to music these days it's easy to get caught up with all the commercially hyped-up bands and artists that mtv and most major music mags tell you is the in-thing. I happened to come across this CD through a friend of mine in Hayward, CA. Didn't really know what to expect from these FL rockers. Number one, they were not signed, Two, they were probably the same ol metal kill your sister die metal die screaming cliche (from the sounds of the first track) but the music is ACTUALLY very interesting. The lyric content is of someone dwelling in despair, longing for hope, love and attention. The kid had better be on anti-depressants, but does a great job coming across in a very honest, emotional, striking way. The story of each song is something everyone goes through and some actually hit close to the heart. The music on the other hand applys a perfect backdrop to the wide range of emotions set forth by the vocalist. You hear something different with each new listening. The fourth track "I Will" is an extremely powerful song and should be listened to through headphones in a dark room to get the full affect. The other songs are excellent as well. Didn't know what was up with the 8 and one half minutes of silence at the end. I was hoping for a hidden track. The album went by pretty quick, though. I totally recommend this CD to everyone who is down with this style of rock music or any in that matter. They are an awesome change of pace to the already "tired" corporate rock community.
