Indie-Music.Com (USA):
"...really good stuff...especially the vocals of founder and multi-instrumentalist John Devadasan Perinbam. ... There is something really special about this band... I hear Maiden, Priest, Metallica, and an eery vocal similarity at times to Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell......my wholehearted seal of support for this band. I'm impressed, to say the least...
-Heidi Drockelman
Krepusculum (Brazil) "...the powerful guitars & groove of the NWOBHM with the 70s hard rock feeling, yes...it is a marvelous sensation, arena heavy metal rock, with great solos, rock´n´roll spirit and bluesy/epic vocals! ...renew all those emotions with its phenomenal music. Perfect act to open the tour gigs of LED ZEP´s return, perfect act to open the tour gigs of WHITESNAKE´s return and of course IAN GILLAN, SABBATH, etc. The incredible vocalist John Devadasan ... and his voice is marvelous...great interpretation of the songs...a lot of real feeling jump from the album, John is also a good bassist, influenced by Roger Glover! The other guys of the band are great musicians too, above all the talented guitarist Rob Gravelle, a king of the rock´roll riffs and of the hard solos. Great 9 songs, where I highlight the impressive ones: "Roads to Glory", "Last Dance" & "True Signs of Life". Hey man, listen to it now!" - Edgar Franco
'Ivory Knight is Canada's best kept secret' - Michael Dalakos, The Temple Of Metal, Greece
Transcending The Mundane (USA) - Issue #21:
"Another great Canadian band...Perinbam reminds me of a cross of Barren Cross' Mike Lee and Bruce Dickinson." - Brett Van Put

Amazing, another hidden jewel in Canada
author: Big Zack MulliganWow an amazing first album from this group of 4 very talented musicians; Rob Gravelle's guitar work is second to none, reminiscent of early Malmsteen or Steve Vai with a touch of Alex Lifeson thrown in for fun; John's vocals are outstanding giving the band a real prescence, able to fill the entire room with sound without having to crank it up to full blast (we cranked it to full blast anyway), reminds me a little of a young King Diamond crossed with David Coverdale (Whitesnake). Steve and George round out the sound with wonderfully complimentary bass and drum lines, that add to the total sound and not drown out any of the other instuments and/or vocals. All in all a must have for any true headbanger out there, get your copy today...
Good solid melodic metal
author: Alejo69If you enjoy Priest and Maiden you'll probably like these guys too. They take themselves a bit too seriously, making sure we understand their judgment of everyone else, but they're solid musicians with a good ear for melody. I listen to them more frequently than I thought I would.
very good melodic progressive metal !
author: thomas bieriif you like melodic progressive metal this could be for you ! they are playing in the same vein as defyance or visionary. sometimes also bit more complex. but they cannot mess 100% with them because they don't have the same catchieness especially like defyance on their time lost-album !
