  • "Genuine and talented"
    author: Tom Scanlon/Seattle Times

from old-school pop to light jazz, he plays the likes of Sinatra, Lou Reed, singing casually and pleasingly.

  • "Addictive..."
author: KBCS-Radio, Bellevue WA "Drivetime Jazz"

Janusz has a fabulous voice, --not because he sounds like anyone else, just because he has a great singing voice....His take on the standard "Without A Song"...is addictive.

  • "A Complete Package..."
    author: Bill Donaldson/JAZZ IMPROV Mag

On his most recent album we find that Janusz is a complete package, not only playing piano, but singing, composing, collaborating and arranging...On the first track "Last One Singin'..." Janusz's appealing baritone puts the listener at ease with hints of insouciant humour...On 'Cosmo St" he's written a song that follows non-traditional forms, highlighted by saxman Mark Taylor's Desmond-like pillowy tone.

  • "Born in a tent" is wonderfully weird and orginal.
    author: joanne klein

"Born in a tent" is wonderfully weird and orginal. Victor is a terrific composer and lyricist. Funny, poignant and politically quirky.

  • Relaxing, sweet, soulful!
    author: Mona Mansour

Love this CD! Vocals and instrumental 'crackle' nicely. Refreshing sound all around.

  • author: JAYNE TAINI

NICE SOPHISTICATED SOUND... RELAXING, SOOTHING AND SEXY...PLUS THOUGHTFUL LYRICS.
