Jerry Eaglefeather Began playing the flute early in high school. With his Native American back ground he enjoyed taking his skill and learning of the many different ways of playing the flute. Today Jerry Eaglefeather plays 5 flutes. D, F#, A, C, E. These beautiful sounding flutes are played on Dance With The Eagle. Jerry Eaglefeather is also a Dancer, and Lead singer for the Drum group, Eagle Circle Drum Singers. A Drum group that sings Northern Style Music.
Jerry's Inspirations for music comes from many different artist. And the styles range from style to style. Jazz, Hip Hop, Classical, Traditional, and other different styles.
A surprise in Otter dance is the beautiful sound of Aiyana Brightstar, Jerry Eaglefeather's 3 year old daughter. As he was recording this, he had her in his studio tickling her to cheer her up because she wanted to sing on the microphone. She truly is a bright star. Her name in Cheyenne is Eternal Blossom, Forever Blooming.
Jim Cox who is also known as Star Catcher also worked on this CD. Jim is a accomplished Guitar, Bass and percussion musician. He is truly talented. Together this CD was allot of fun to make and we feel you will enjoy this CD.
