notes
We're now a four-piece band, but we're still from Ypsilanti / Ann Arbor, MI. We've been together since 1998. This is our second album.
Some people think we're pretty good:
"The space rock mix of layered guitars and sweeping percussion is trippy, lush, and inviting." - MacKenzie Wilson, All Music Guide
"A mix of shoegazing and head banging may not sound much like a recommendation but if you've got the head and the shoes, it should do nicely" - soundsxp

Fans of My Bloody Valentine, Joy Division, Appleseed Cast & The Cure will flip over this. With fat basslines, the vivid washes of fractal-like space rock, lush, abundant guitar layers and with grit to sink your teeth into, Jealous Type spins the heavy and dark into a fleeting, musical thread that leaves claw marks on the soul. If you want your rock to have handles, plenty of gristly edge to shake up the reverberating swirls and a vibe that hangs around after the album stops, look no further.
