SENSATIONAL SEASONAL PRICE !!
Bronson Hermuth
From start to finish the music of Jeza wanders musically and instrumentally thru a gauntlet of stylings and 'feels'... Recorded by an International cast of players who 'get it' when it comes to helping Jeza's songs come to life. Jeza has his own distinct vocal style and a very cool sense of phrasing that he 'signs' each of his songs with. There is an International feel and sound to his music that moves freely across all borders...
The MyT - UK
To me this is an example of why the record industry is so dumb. These tracks are professional in every sense, catchy without being overly commercial, and well written without being over complicated. I myself would listen over and over, but presuming Jeza isn't on a record label, it's criminal. It's all about who you know, and not what you do, because if it were the latter, Jeza would be a household name by now.

Its GREAT MUSIC !
author: Heisei no satie (Tokyo/Japan)Jeza music is a high-quality wonderful work! Not only the territory of the jazz but also his peculiar world exists in music. His music is wonderful, and then wide. I relaxed very much, and enjoyed his music. I want the people in the world to listen to his music.
Relaxt, freundlich, entspannt, smooth
author: JS (Joerg Sommermeyer)JS (Joerg Sommermeyer) über den Song "How can I help you": Relaxter groove, freundlich, entspannt, smooth. Seelentröster, der Fragen stellt, melodisch, ohne jede Hektik, währenddessen schon hilft, aufrichtet, beruhigt.
Excellent and a Must Have CD
author: budJeza-Wined Up is really a great CD. Many of the songs on this are in my head throughout the day, especially Circumstances and You're the One. Despite the fact that Jeza plays guitar, I think this music must be centered around the bass, because the bass drives this music and gives it a definite and fun groove. The singing and arranging are first rate and Wined Up has played many many many times in my house.
A must have for your CD collection
author: Dolly RappaportJeza's music is soulful and intelligent. My favorite song "How Can I Help You" shows his true nature as both a person and an artist. "Wined Up" is a must have for your CD collection.
In a world of imitation & sameness, unique talent shines thru
author: C MIn the world of independent music, Jeza's "Wined Up" has become a true classic since its release in 1999. Jeza is the kind of artist who creates his own genre, making music as he hears it and letting the rest of the world figure out how to categorize it. His individuality is underscored by the consistent high quality of these recordings and performances, combined with his undeniably soulful vocals and wide-ranging lyrics. Each song reflects a cross-pollenation of styles and attitudes, such as the reggae-pop of "Rhythm Called Love", the bluesy-folk "Deep Water", the World-soul "In This Game", or the tongue-in-cheek jazz of "Writer's Block". The songs I see as truly transcendent on this album are some of the simplest: "How Can I Help You?", "You're The One" and "Place By The River". These are songs that are very bit as good as anything ever written by people like Eric Clapton or Bill Withers or Tracy Chapman. "Wined Up" makes an outstanding addition to any music-lovers collection!

Sometimes the strongest statements are made quietly.
author: Leftturnpatti"I've learned to make my breaks - I wish I always used them" Sometimes the strongest statements are made quietly. This floating but funky track lifts the artist's smokey vocal to question any one person's ability to change the human condition. The above quote is my favorite lyric from the piece . . . Wistful, with just the smallest tinge of regret. Jeza moves with the masters here, in musicianship, interpretation and lyrical quality. . .This is the way Van used to do it.
Really like your sound there Jeza.
author: Brett ServiceHi there, I was checking out tunes on soundclick, and happened upon your site. Really like your sound there Jeza. Listened to all your tunes and like them all especially, "How Can I Help You", "Circumstances", and "Place By The River". "How Can I Help You".-a really warm quality to the vocal work, and the melody of the song really moves well. the instrumentaion on the song is a great setting for the really good vocal work. "Circumstances"-really like the guitar work on this tune. Again the vocals/harmonies really make this song! "Place By The River"-great imagery in this tune. I'd have to say this was my favourite of the songs. Got a real rootsy feel to it. The way you open this song with the water sounds and the nature sounds really draws the listener in to the song. I'm a singer/songwriter from near Chatham, Ontario, Canada. My wife and I have a 10 month old daughter who keeps us pretty busy, so music is just a part time thing right now. Still writing and recording though. e mail me back if you get a chance-I'm on the web too at www.soundclick.com/bands/brettservice.htm Take care eh!-keep up the great music.
