Julius C is a high-energy band built for the stage. Formed in Staten Island in 2004, the group has been expanding their vision, style, and fan base ever since. Grounded in the rock, funk, and soul traditions of the 60's and 70's just as strongly as they are in step with the hip hop and R&B pulse of 2007, the band cites greats like Led Zeppelin, Sly and the Family Stone, D'Angelo and The Roots as influences.
Whether it's a grungy rock club, college party, large concert hall, or even a summer camp, Julius C is at home and in their element. They're resourceful, flexible, and fully geared for continued success.
