--Gary Gersin, Sacred Heart Radio, Ohio
This is just one of the reviews of Nancy's CD, SIMPLE GIFTS. Nancy Krebs is a Christian recording artist, having released five CDs for the general public and a few more 'short runs' for specific groups since 1998: THE JOURNEY (1998), LOVE MAKES ROOM (2000),COME TO THE STABLE (2001) SIMPLE GIFTS (2002) and SONGS FROM THE HEART (2005). All five albums have received airplay on Christian stations throughout the U.S. and globally via EWTN Radio Network and Vatican Radio. Nancy started playing the violin at age 12 and learned the guitar and mandolin from there. She has sung since she was three years old.
She became a professional actor-singer; and teaches at the famed Baltimore School for the Arts, and operates her own voice studio, THE VOICEWORKS. Her albums, LOVE MAKES ROOM, COME TO THE STABLE and SIMPLE GIFTS were nominated for Devotional Album of the Year 2000,2001 and 2002, and her song "Waiting for the Christ Child" nominated for Song of the Year 2002 AND "Silent Night" received a nomination for Country Song of the Year 2002 through UCMVA: an organization that promotes evangelization through music and video. Her mission is to reach as many people as she can with the music that God has blessed her to write.
