Chris LeBlanc Band hails out of Baton Rouge,La and has toured the US bringing it's flavor of RootsRock while cultivating a huge grassroots following for thier LIVE shows. Chris LeBlanc Band has recently toured through Alaska to share the stage with blues legend Buddy Guy and also took the Lonestar state of Texas by performing before legendary acts Hank Williams Jr. and ZZ TOP to sold out crowds.
The new release STARSHINE showcases 7 delicious studio tracks and 6 smoking LIVE tracks. This CD tells the tale of how a band sounds like after a decade of over 180 shows a year.

    Saw them at the Hard Rock in Biloxi-LOve it and went back the second show! The energy live is hard to beat- but this CD helps bring it back some. :) I live in Southern California and I am sorry they don't make it out here..

    I saw you guys at the Hard Rock Biloxi after Stevie Nicks. You know that's a hard act to follow but you guys blew me away!!! I bought the acoustic CD and Starshine and I have rotated them for a month now in my car. I have been to 100's of live shows over the years and you guy's rank in the top ten. Looking forward to another live show soon!

    You've outdone yourself. i saw him live at Ruby's in Mandeville with some of my best friends. what a treat. little shack in the middle of nowhere. Chris rocked that shack. when i tell you that the actual building shook off it's foundation i mean chris "rocked" the joint. he's an amazing artist. gonna see him at lauberge dulac in lake charles 3/7/08. check it out!

    This cd is excellent, but it does not even compare to a live session. Was in Monroe, Louisiana Saturday night and watched the band perform brilliantly. I purchased the Son of the South (acoustic version) and Starshine, both are awesome and I recommend them. If you ever have a chance to listen to them perform a live session, be like Nike and "just do it"!

    Rock & Roll GUMBO. Put in Robin Trower's rocking rhythm , Edwin MCcain's story telling, Stevie Rays solo leads, stir and SERVE HOT! This CD culminates the raw and soulful guitar playing and singing from one of Louisiana's BEST musicians. I can't wait to see CLB live. GEAUX Chris

    This is a rocking CD! If you like good, old fashioned rock and roll in the likes of Hendrix, Stevie Ray, and Kenny Wayne, you will like this CD. Chris has written some great lyrics to go along with the powerful hooks in his tunes. The live tracks are also recorded very well, and the production on the entire CD is outstanding. Turn it up!
