"What Is Feel" is the first CD release from the Feel Music Collective. It is a therapeutic blend of R&B, Hip Hop, and Spoken Word tracks brought to life by artists that have adopted the Feel Music philosophy and vibe. Instead of the music being adapted to the artist, the artists allowed themselves to adapt and vibe to the flow of the music.
This approach blends the talents of the artists and the music with more honesty and feel to the songs, hence the term "feel music".
In 2004, Composer Cedric Black found Little Rock vocalist Rhemona Quimby, Philosophat and Crutch from Shreveport LA, G$mooth and Jimie Skars from 12:50 Entertainment, Sherman TX and Little Rock, to complete the team and produce his debut album
