  • Heartfelt music!

Heard you guys on WNCW radio doing one of these songs, I found your website and bought a copy, love your music, simple and straight to the heart!

  • One of my favorite albums.

Got my copy of this disc at a festival in GA they were at a few years ago, and it remains one of the better CDs in my collection, and they are really nice guys too. Backing to Birmingham, Your Side of the Story and People are my favorite tracks. I'd like to see a new Original Formula CD released soon.

  • Nice traditional music!

Original Formula prove here that traditional music is timeless. This project is almost 10 years old and is still a breath of fresh air. I really love the tight, high lonesome harmonies coupled with the clean picking. In The Pines and People are very nice.

  • I loved it,would like them to come out with more cd's would diffienty buy them ,

Too few "country" acts have a feel for the traditional acoustic (non-bluegrass)country music. Original Formula definitely has the feel and the talent to give proper expression to a fast fading musical heritage. I absolutely loved this album from start to finish whether it be covers such as Ernest Tubb's "I Need Attention Bad" and Lester Flatt's "Backing To Birmingham" , traditional numbers such as "Give Me The Roses While They Live" or self-penned numbers such as "The Murder of Vanessa Dixon"

  • Loved it on first listen.
