  • Good stuff
    author: Paul J. Horn

I really liked the instrumentals on this album. I wasn't that keen on the vocals however. I particularly like her rendition of Hewlett, my favorite O'Carolan tune.

Overall, a very satisfying CD with a great variety of tunes. I especially liked the Carolyn tunes and Cajun pieces.

  • One very sweet autoharp recording
    author: John Arthur

The autoharp playing on this CD is simply lovely! This sound makes clear what the term "sweet tuning" is all about. I give the CD 4 stars rather than 5 because I am not as captivated by the couple of zydeco cuts with the band. They just seem out of place next to the luscious O'Carolan tunes.
