Paradigm's sound has always been in a state of evolution. To hear their music today compared to what it started as, one would be challenged to believe that it was the same band. Fans have compared Paradigm to bands such as Pearl Jam, The Smashing Pumpkins, and The Foo Fighters, but all admit that no direct comparison can be made. While being a fundamentally a modern rock band, there are traces of atmospheric psychedelia, classic punk, and progressive rock. But to really classify Paradigm, you just have to listen for yourself. When listening to their latest release, MAINSTREAM EPIDEMIC, you will be taken from one end of the emotional spectrum to the other. From the ripping, fast paced, punk rock style of the opening track, "The Truth Surround," to the epic conclusion of "The Lasting Impression," you will be riveted. Paradigm displays intelligent songwriting, thought-provoking lyrics, incredible musicianship, and all the passion necessary to make a mark on music today. It's Paradigm's time.

the 8th wonder of the world?!
author: Mike EWOW! I've been a quality music lover for quite a bit longer than any of the Paradigm members have been alive; I am AMAZED! It's rare to find true quality musicians these days let alone 4 of them together in one band. MAINSTREAM EPIDEMIC, from the invigorating ‘make-ya-move’ romp of 'The Truth Surround', to the flight in emotional ecstasy of 'The Lasting Impression', and every passionate, inspiring stop in between, is an absolute 'must-have' for every COOL CD library out there! Paradigm has been known for reviving the seeming lost art of good guitar solos, for incredible and exciting drum fills and rhythms, and for creativity and variety in song composure and lyrical content, but this time Paradigm has outdone itself. MAINSTREAM EPIDEMIC is over the top! I give it no less than 5 STARS! I love these guys!!
Expecting great things....
author: Lizzie BehrendsI really enjoy this CD, it has great songs such as "Lost and Found" and "The Lasting Impression" cause they have thrilling music and I love the lyrics. These are really great guys and they really have talent, I expect great things from them after hearing this CD.
Simply amazing

I have been huge fans of these guys for such a long time, but not until Mainstream Epidemic do I really think they have a shot at making it big. This CD is energetic, diverse and extremely complex lyrically, vocally and musically. Did I mention they are INCREDIBLY talented. If you listen to this CD it would prove this to anyone by the end of the first track. This has been one of the most valuable CD's that I have purchased in a long time as I havn't taken it out of my discman since the day I bought it. They are not just some small local band who people buy their music out of pity but they are REALLY the real thing.
unified, progressive, rockingly emotional solos, kick @$$ beat
author: AnthraxI think this CD is one of the better ones that I have, it's unique in that most if not all the songs feature emotional solos, backed by a beautiful driving beat. Not only that but the vocals especially in "Come Clean" display how well the sound of the vocals fits the music.
