Acoustic feel-good pop songs like James Taylor meets John Mayer at Dave Matthew's House

notes

Here is a new artist from Redfield, South Dakota.
Described by one fan as, "the hottest voice is contemporary American acoustic pop,"
Nathan Payant captures 12 fantastic original songs in his debut CD, "Ready to Fall."

His gentle and inviting vocals compliment his laidback guitar playing. The songs are
snapshots of parts of Nathan's life. On tracks like "Early Years" and "Like a Child,"
Nathan longs for his childhood days in a way that we all can relate.

On the title track, Payant faces the fact that he is ready to put his fears behind him and
take a new chance at life. It is his declaration of independence where he lets us know his
is "Ready to Fall."

Love is also a theme during much of this set. "Since I Found You," is a love song that
Nathan wrote with some help from his dad, Jeff Payant. Jeff handled the lyrical
direction, while Nathan set it to music.

Nathan performs at many coffee shops, fairs and festivals, and one track, "Drive" was
recorded live at The Cottonwood Canyon Coffee Shop in Mitchell, SD in October of
2002. Payant is planning to tour as much as he can for the release of "Ready to Fall."

This disc is a project you can put on and listen to over and over again. Each time you
listen it may touch a different part of you...and you may see a different part of the artist.

Get "Ready to Fall" in love with Nathan Payant.
