  • Seahag rips skulls!!!

This CD is unbelievable. It has been in constant rotation since I purchased it a few weeks ago. There is some seriously amazing guitar work on top of the great composition and creative and often hilarious song concepts. Beautiful stuff. I was going to try and pick couple of my favorite songs, but in doing so I feel like I would be doing a disservice to all the other gems on this CD. Great stuff!!!

Ever since the first time I met the Hag he has persisted in opening my eyes to the possibilities of what music can and should be, all as a result of his sheer passion and love for his craft...and that persistence continues full force with his debut solo effort. It's full of diversity, tremendous skill, a complete lack of boundaries, and it's a hell of a good time to listen to. Seahag material will not be this cheap in the future, I can assure you...so buy this disc and let the Hag show you the way...

Robbie Seahag's new CD is far out, humorus and Rocks!! You could tell they where having in the production of the disc....They recorded most of it in his living room !! I especially like the track cleveland to akron and brooklyn to akron ...home of devo! Very zappa infuenced ! So when you have time to listen to 22 tracks, pull out the Binger, turn on the lava lamp and lay back and groove !! Keep diggin' that under ground flavor!!! P.S. If you like this check out the new album by zoot horn rolo and zoogz rift. THE OHIO HIPSTER

Robie Seahag: We'll Got to Be About da Bidnus is a creative, musical and fun CD to listen to. The recording is full of imaginative titles and lyrics, which are arranged for maximum effect. The CD is also musical, in that it reflects multiple genres, influences, instrumentation, samples and effects. Lastly, this CD is just plain fun to listen to. From the cover art to the liner notes and illustrations, the Seahag CD is a total package and well worth the price. For listeners who enjoy artistry, creativity, musicianship and fun, this is the CD for you.

This is such a cool CD. I loved it the first time I heard it...then it got better. If you're thinking about buying Da Bidnus, buy it. It's cheap at twice the price. If you're not, maybe you should be.

If this is the SeaHags 1st solo cd,I can only hope its the first of many. This cd shows great talent from start to finish and covers many styles of music.Being a Zappa fanatic,I'm difficult to impress..but after 2-3 plays thru the CD,I knew Robbie Mangano was "ALL about da bidnus"!The cd flows smoothly and it all fits together extremely well. You sir..have messed my mind up...and I thank you greatly.

  • Spans all different styles! (well almost)
    author: BengoFury@#zappateers

This is an absolute amazing album, although it's home recorded it has a fully fresh feeling (FFF). It contains Jazz, Rock, Blues, Funk, Reggae, Soul, Country & Oriental style & even a few evangelists...Oh, i forgot the Heavy Rock! The lyrics are great to, unless you live in a shoe. Sadly, there's NO bonus track on it, not even a hidden one, which is a shame...NO bonus... AlienX are sending shivers down my spine! Buy It!
