Born in Dallas Texas, Sid started listening to Country Music in his early teens. In 1979, Sid help start a Country Group called "The New Country Express", along with another Musician, Bob Adams. Sid played the Drums in the group. Later on in his career as a Drummer, Sid also played with a group called "Silver Creek". With the group, "New Country Express", Sid helped open for Artist, like Mickey Gilley, and the LateArchie Campbell. After about a six years rest and giving up the drums, Sid started singing in 1999. To this date, he has appeared with his wife, Dolores, with a group called, "Little Bit of Country, and Little Bit of Rock and Roll, and also started their own company” D&S Entertainment in November 2000. Sid signed with “Pot of Gold Records” in September 2005.
