A True Story

I would like to share my story with you. Back in January 2001, a series of personal challenges contributed to destroying my ability to get a good night sleep. As the weeks went by and my condition worsened, I tried several avenues to solve my problem. I consulted different doctors, including a sleep disorder specialist, a holistic healer, and a psychiatrist. I tried all sorts of relaxation techniques, and assorted over-the-counter medications. Unfortunately nothing worked.

I had been suffering from severe insomnia for about 6 months by then, and I was losing hope of ever getting a good night's sleep again! That's when I shared my concerns with my friends, Loraine and David Strattford. Within a couple of days, David had created a relaxation CD for me, and he asked me to give it a try.

That's when my life completely turned around! That night, for the first time in about 6 months, I slept a full night! I continue to use my special CD, every night, and I haven't had a sleepless night since!
