Not That Girl, is a CD collection of five Carolina Beach music songs sung by Jennifer Licko and produced by Bob Noble. This album put Jennifer on the beach music charts with 'Love to be Loved' and 'Second Time Around'. After recording a single with Rickey Godfrey, 'Can't Help Lovin', for the 120 inc compilation CD 'Live, Laugh and Love'; She was then nomiated for 'favorate female artist of the year' at the 2004 Cammy Awards. Jennifer grew up in Eastern North Carolina where she was shaggin' and singing to beach music at an early age. It comes natural to her, and she admits that writing beach music was purely accidental. "I couldn't ignore these melodies and rhythms I was hearing. It feels good to sing and write music that is a part of your upbringing, and I was brought up with Caorlina beach music!" The songs on Not that Girl are highly orchestrated with strings, brass, bass and drums. It is upbeat and fun...a real "feel good" type of CD.
