Review from www.ravemagazine.com.au: After some hectic touring over the last few years that saw them head overseas, the Coming Home EP is the latest release from this hard-working Melbourne group. They certainly have a knack for good openings, whether it's the 'boom' at the start of Coming Home, the squelchy synths in Precious Injury, or the sultry "Ahh yeah" at the start of Nobody Wants. Of course, there's more to these songs than just the engaging introductions as they lead into grungy, electro-tinged rock songs that call to mind the '90s sounds of Brisbane bands Regurgitator and Custard, complete with irreverently humorous lyrics and a penchant for casual swearing. The band's sense of humour is further revealed by the inclusion of two interludes that feature an odd British chap philosophically analysing masturbation over some excellently doomy basslines and eerie synth noises.
