How many groups can say they have been a featured artist at Disneyland for over 10 years and can say that their fans include Monty Python's Eric Idle and Queen's guitarist, Brian May?

Well, the Billys can. Kirk Wall has been seen by thousands the world over as the hilarious front man for Disney's Billy Hill & The Hillbillies. There are several fan websites dedicated to the Billys. Just go to your favorite search engine and type in "Billy Hill and the Hillbillies" and see how many pop up.

And now, for the first time, all the fun of a live Billy's show has been captured on a 16 song CD (and three of them are medleys.) A whole lot of music for the buck.

Bluegrass versions of the Beatles' "Ticket To Ride", Badfinger's "No Matter What", Cheap Trick's "I Want You To Want Me" and The Bee Gee's "Stayin" Alive."

The Billy's are proud to have combined Country and Disco to create "Crisco" (They did the same with Country and Rap, but haven't figured out what to call it!)

If you have seen the Billys at Disneyland and always wished there was a CD capturing the fun of their live show, or if you are new to the Billys, give this album a listen. I'm sure you will be impressed..... Boy Howdy!

    We're big fans of the Billys, having seen their show many times at the Golden Horseshoe in Disneyland. This CD is hilarious/corny and just plain fun - and is guaranteed to make you smile if you're having a bad day.

    I have seen The Billys at Disneyland. They are great. Unfortuanely When I found The CD on the internet I bought I laughed so hard when they sung Stayin' Alive by the Bee Gees because the Bee Gees are my favorite. This CD is great!

    Fabulous album, though not quite with the energy of a live performance---most of the crowd interaction is missing. However, it's still the same tasty tunes as always, and as I sit here buried under January snow, a great way to revisit the Golden Horseshoe!

    "I Want U 2 Want Me" has gone above and beyond my expectations. It's fast become a favorite in my collection. I'd recommend it to any who love good music, outstanding talent, or just good old-fashioned entertainment. I only wish that this CD featured the Orange Blossom Special, or "Puddle Prance". Something to hope for from future releases, I suppose. ;)

    This CD is the best thing short of being at Disneyland to see the Blue cast perform this show. The CD is good Hill Billy fun . Nice of the guys to come down from the hills of Malibu to record it for us. If you are at Disneyland on a Sunday or Monday be sure to check the Billys out live . The show is even more fun in person. When you're alone and life is making you lonely you can always play the BILLY' CD

    What else can be said that already has not been said by the other Billy fans who have left a review. This CD is AWESOME almost as good as the real thing. I get the greatest stares as I sing "Davy Crocket" as loud as I can while stuck in Traffic on the I-15.

    Just as another reviewer said, I can't stop smiling while listening to this; gets me out of a bad mood. It's so charming. It gets better with every listen. (I wish they had recorded some of their stories about the mountains they came from and how Billy Elvis' brothers thought he wasn't a very good fiddle player etc.) But the songs are wonderful; I really enjoy the ones I've never heard before. SO FUN! Billys: Do a DVD of your shows!! We'll buy it!

    Listening to this CD, sure is a lot of fun. This is the 2nd disc done by the Billy's, but the 1st with this particular cast. How cool that you can listen to this band at Disneyland, and at home. All of the songs are wonderful to hear, and purchasing thru CD-Baby.com was a blast as well.

    I'm a big fan of Billy Hill and the Hillbillies. Been watching them at the Golden Horseshoe in FrontierLand at Disneyland for the past 15 years. The music on the CD is of the same tongue in cheek presentation. The players are not the original team (they've split into two groups to accommodate the extended number of shows). But, the music is the same and what a fan would expect. Hearing their rendition of songs traditionally sung by the BeeGees and CheapTrick are hilarious. This CD is a must for serious fans of the show at Disneyland.

    For fans and friends of Disneyland's own Billy Hill and the Hillbillies, this CD is a must. It captures the essense of the Billy Hill Show direct from Disneyland's Golden Horseshoe Stage in Frontierland. It features 16 different tracks and full versions of some of the songs that have been reduced during the actual 35 minute show. The CD is fun, the musical selections are interesting and diverse, and the musicians are accomplished seasoned veterans. A wonderful entertainment experience for your money!
