ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
It really doesn’t take much for anyone to fall. Whether that fall be homelessness, loneliness, grief, whatever. A few bad decisions, a few bad days, and our position can completely change. Our fortresses of security just aren’t that robust; no one is impervious or invincible. For instance, as we try to grasp the enormity of the devastation in Japan, Tuscaloosa, Joplin.... we pray for those in need and ask ourselves how we would cope under such circumstances. It truly could be any one of us...

Equally, it doesn’t take much for us to help someone! Simple things like visiting someone in a nursing home or sponsoring a Compassion child really can change a life! What if we really believed that we are the “salt of the earth?” What if we are metaphorically the “hands and feet of God?” What if instead of living in the fear of losing ourselves, we gave ourselves away? The potential behind these types of questions is what inspired “It Could Be Me.”
