ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
1:00AM Project is the work of self-taught multi-instrumentalist Aye Myint.

At times it is Jazz-Fusion, at times it is New Age, Ambient, Techno, World. But at all times, it is the pursuit of self-expression, beauty and artistic value. There is no boundaries in his music. There is no specific instrument to feature.

He uses different instruments and sounds to create a "whole" that is much more than the sum of individual parts. Acoustic instruments exist harmoniously with digital noise and the deceptively "simple" individual parts interweave seamlessly in and out. Instruments take lead roles, capture your imagination, and leave while another takes hold of your attention. Ultimately, the music is human and earthy, draws you in like water, and leaves you drenched.

"...Awesome music! Very colorful and engaging..."...White Noise Conspiracy, Musician

"Layla's lullabay is simply fantastic...a mix of ambient and elctromusic that can only reside within an intimate dream"...Lighthouse Guardian, Musician

"Wonderful music. A lot of fun stuff here and some rather playful melodies and moods."...Transcendental Descration, Musician
