ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Ever wonder what life as a Rock Star would be like? Sleeping in, being with your friends, partying your ass off while not caring what other people think. Also being able to share your message about what’s really important and have people standup and take notice.

In 35R’s latest release, Sex & Heavy Machinery, we share a unique experience of checking our problems at the door and believing in who we are. For example, in the strangely named featured song, Angry Chinchilla, you are invited to jump on the tour bus and be totally at home and
accepted for who you are. Who cares what other people think. You have amazing power as long as you’re true to yourself and don’t take any moment for granted.

This theme is continued in The Show, where we embrace the beautiful deep and dark side of our sexuality. We’re reminded that this is a good thing and is nothing to shy away from. People try to set all kinds of boundaries on us, 35R says don’t let them. The trick is to remember that this time is important and we’re all connected. Kicking ass to speak your truth and knowing we make a difference is a strong message in the song, So Wonderful.

Being a Rock Star is here and for the taking. The guys in 35R want you to remember that and be a part of it.

Fun, dirty, straight up rock
Who doesn't love a good party. Nothing like heading to a bar, drinking a few beers and listening to some great rock. This band has nothing to hide. They want to have a good time and they deliver. I grew up in Ohio listening to bar bands and hanging out with close friends just drinking and singing a long. This record is classic bar rock fun!
