Album Notes
7 past 6 is a teen band based locally in Falls Church, Virginia. They've been at it for about 5 months now, and what's become of just a fun little thing is really amazing. They self produced and recorded their debut album "Personal Taste" with 12 original tracks. Once you listen to it, you'll realize why it's entitled "Personal Taste."

Ben Powell is 17, and founded the band along with drummer Michael Burgos in september of '99. Initially consisting of Ben, Mike, bassist Bolaji Ojumu and Lead Guitarist John Kugelman, they had to disband once summer came because of college. Yet, Ben and Mike preservered and replaced them with members Martin Hansen (on bass) and Tom Slemmons (on Rhythm Guitar). Once they got together, they began recording the album, and here we are, not too much later with it out and about! They are playing regularly in the northern virginia area now. Please check out their songs on the independently released "Personal Taste."
