With the new technologies I have found innovative ways to compose despite the limitations of disability…I discovered K. Evan Hodge IV who expertly mixed and mastered UNKNOWN TERRITORY and gave me generous encouragement…For many years I lived on the fringes of the music world, although I had composed as a child, and had my share of "superior" certificates from achievement rallies, I always wanted to accomplish more with music than playing a baritone ukelele and singing in a folk group in high school…I became a photographer of bands, and I worked in recording studio and booking agency management at Deep South Recording Studio in Baton Rouge, forming lifelong friendships with Sam Montel, Becky Hobbs, Bobby Thomas, Terry Burhans and many more…I eventually made my way back home to Cane River Lake in Natchitoches…I had written poetry and lyrics for years, so I tried songwriting (Billy O'Con, Al Ferrier, James Hearron) and, again, booking and management of bands…When these situations fragmented, a deep depression haunted me for several years. I focused on my computer. And I sold my piano (acquired from Becky Hobbs, singer/songwriter, co-writer of Angels Among Us) and gave away my electric guitar (to Jerry Honigman of The Romeos), and gave both my keyboard and my ukelele (to Andrej Kurti, violinist).
