ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Bobby Kapp, drum poet and jazz singer , sings what it is like to roam as many old streets of Paris as possible ,in the month of May,2009,
and record some songs about this roaming , using the American Classic Song Book as a means of expression . The voice and drums of Bobby, are cushioned by piano legend Bobby Few ,of Steve Lacy fame, who has lived in Paris for over 30 years, and the Master Bass and bow of Harry Swift ,originally from England, and now a Parisian veteran. These selections are one take,
watercolor, rice paper efforts of pure art. No dubs, and no painting over.Old School, with free flow trim, these sounds
should not be missed.
