1. HATZILENI (Deliver Me) Live Version
Hatzileni (Rescue Me) Psalm 143:8-10
One day I was watching the news and saw a picture of a young captured Israeli soldier named, Gilad Shalit. My heart was moved to tears. This song, Hatzileni, was birthed as a prayer for his release. In your times of trials, remember that the Lord is our Deliverer. As King David did, call on Him with confidence: "Lord, you are my Deliverer! Help me!" Whatever the outcome, be able to say: "The Lord gives and the Lord takes away. Blessed be the Name of the LORD."

Based on the Scripture Portion: Psalm 143:8-10 (NIV)
"Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul. 9 Rescue me from my enemies, O Lord, for I hide myself in you. 10 Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground."

"Wow this is so beautifully amazing! I love it!: )
"I have hit replay I don't know how many times already this morning. I feel so close to the Lord, I feel like I'm standing in His presence and I don't want to leave."
"This song needs to be about 20 minutes longer, so I don't have to keep hitting replay. ;)"

2. HAVU LAADONAI (Ascribe to the LORD) Live Version
Havu LaAdonai (Ascribe to the LORD) Psalm 29:1-2
It was a pleasant, sunny springtime day as I sat with my guitar on the hillside overlooking the Sea of Galilee. As I listened to the music of wind and trees, this melody came. Later I found just the right Psalm to fit it: Psalm 29. This cut is a short version, only verses 1 and 2 of the entire song. This is Psalm is a great worship song for Shabbat.

Based on the Scripture Portion: Psalm 29:1-2 (HNV)
"A Psalm by David. Ascribe to the LORD, you sons of the mighty, Ascribe to the LORD glory and strength. 2 Ascribe to the LORD the glory due to his name. Worship the LORD in holy array [beauty of holiness]."

"Thank you for another beautiful song."
"Your music has been a comforter for me, keep up the good work."
"Wow, this is so beautiful, thanks so much for this beautiful song!"
"I really enjoy this song & video. I cry almost every time."

3. MACHSI (My Refuge) Live Version
Machsi (My Refuge) Psalm 91:1-2
This song touches my soul. As I sing these words of scripture in Hebrew, I feel His Presence and His strength renewed within me as I remember in whose shadow I stand: Avinu (Our Father), the God of Avraham (Abraham), Yitzchak (Issac) and Ya'akov (Jacob), Lord of Lords and King of Kings.

Based on the Scripture Portion: Psalm 91:1-2 (HNV)
"He who dwells in the secret place of Ha`Elyon [The Most High] will rest in the shadow of Shaddai. 2 I will say of the LORD, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in whom I trust.'"

"Another great praise from you friend. Thank you, may you be blessed."

4. YISHMAENI ELOHAI (My God Will Hear Me) Live Version
Yishmaeni Elohai (My God Will Hear Me) Micah 7:7-8
I love this portion of scripture! This is a spiritual warfare song that I wrote while in the Galilee in Israel. (The prophet Micah wrote the words, of course). There's something very powerful that happens when you sing the scriptures in Hebrew. I feel it to the depths of my being.

Based on the Scripture Portion: Micah 7:7-8 (KJV)
"Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me. 8 Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD [shall be] a light unto me."

"Beautiful. This song keeps my eyes on Him."
"This is one of my favorite songs."

5. ZAKHARYAH (God Remembers) Live Version
Zakharyah (God Remembers) Zechariah 2:10-12
This song was written after my first visit to the Western Wall in the Old City of Jerusalem. My tearful prayer at the wall included a deep cry to the Lord for Him to remember His promises to this Land and His people. That night, when I returned to my room, The Lord brought this portion of scripture that this song is based on to my attention. In effect, He was telling me, "Chris, I remember and I'm coming." Kum, Ori Sar Shalom!

Based on the Scripture Portion: Zechariah (Zakharyah) 2:10-12 (NKJV)
"Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion! For behold, I am coming and I will dwell in your midst," says the LORD. 11 Many nations shall be joined to the LORD in that day, and they shall become My people. And I will dwell in your midst. Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me to you. 12 And the LORD will take possession of Judah as His inheritance in the Holy Land, and will again choose Jerusalem. 13 Be silent, all flesh, before the LORD, for He is aroused from His holy habitation!"

"Thanks again Christene for your heartfelt soul and voice.I suggest viewers go to the description of how you got this song from the Holy Spirit...It brought a tear to my eye."
"Beautiful! I have been listening to your videos for the last 2 hrs I can't stop."
"Another beautiful song and video. Well done, Christene."
