ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The album begins with a dark tale of an unfaithful romance in "Cold Mountain River". A love affair has sent a man into a dismal state of rage and confusion. After some time running from the law across the countryside, he is forced into hiding in the mountains of Tennessee where he is forced to make a rash decision.
"Cautionary Tale" is modeled after classic stories of the same name. In every human there exists a vice; however, to act on it is a decision that must be made independently.
"Hester and Arthur" is a duet based on Hawthorne's classic "The Scarlet Letter".
The album concludes with a story narrated by a ghost who spent his entire existence trying to leave the place where he has ultimately met his fate.
